Ingredients to make Porridge:
- For 4 people:
- 250 gr of wheat flour
- a little of oil
- half a liter of milk
- Salt
- sugar
- cinnamon powder
- vanilla
How to make Porridge:
- In a medium frying pan, pour a little oil (just to cover the surface) and when it is a little hot, add the flour little by little and move it so that it does not burn.
- When we calculate that the flour has browned a little, add the milk without stopping to stir so that there are no lumps.
- When we see that the milk and flour have formed a homogeneous mixture, add salt and sugar to taste and a little ground cinnamon and a pinch of vanilla.
- Let it boil for 15 or 20 minutes and remove.
- Sugar and cinnamon are generously sprinkled on top and a tasteful touch is given by garnishing the plate with sour cherries.
- And we will have an exquisite dish, which can be eaten both hot and cold, in both modalities, it is very good.
- In this hot weather, it is advisable to put it in the fridge and serve it the next day.
