  • 1 liter of milk
  • 397 grams of condensed milk
  • 400 milliliters of milk cream (cream)
  • 6 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 480 grams of Ducal type biscuits

How to make Dessert Napoleon:

  1. Set aside a cup of milk and pour the rest into a saucepan over medium heat along with the condensed milk and the heavy cream. Stir everything very well with some rods.
  2. Tip: You can also blend everything and pour it into the pot.
  3. Dissolve the cornstarch in the reserved cup of milk.
  4. When the milk begins to boil, gradually add the dissolved cornstarch while stirring constantly. Wait for it to thicken and bubble before turning off the flame.
  5. So that the cookies are very soft, you can soak the cookies on both sides in milk before placing them in the mold.
  6. Tip: In addition to making this Napoleon dessert with Ducales, you can also make them with Maria cookies.
