Ingredients to make Manse with yogurt:
- 1K Lamb
- 750g rice
- 1 onion
- 200g pine nuts
- 2 liters yogurt

The meat is fried with the onion.

Liquid yogurt is added (if you are not in an Arab country or dry yogurt (amid) is dissolved with hot water).

Let it cook together with the meat until it is quite soft.

The rice is prepared alone.

When the meat and rice are at their point, it is presented in a round tray on which a layer of shark bread is placed, but if you are not in an Arab country it is not necessary, then the rice spread over the entire tray, is placed top the meat and sprinkle with the yogurt broth, decorate with the fried pine nuts on top and serve with plates of that sauce on the side.
