Ingredients to make Guise a la Jimenez:
- 2 cups of rice
- 1/2 kg minced meat
- 1 onion
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1 can of crushed tomato
- 1 beef broth
- 2 glasses of water
- 1 sausage
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 tablespoon of salt
How to make Jimenez Stew:
- Sauté the small chopped onion along with the chopped bell peppers, until they are very tender.
- When everything is very tender, add the minced meat along with the diced chorizo and let it cook over low heat.
