Ingredients to make Hard Breadcrumbs:
- Green pepper
- Red pepper
- Onion
- Two or three day bread
- fresh bacon
- Spicy chorizo
- Sardines from the coast (minimum two per diner)
- Grape
How to make stale breadcrumbs:
- Sauté or fry the green, red pepper and onion, when it is almost done, add the bacon cut into small pieces and the chorizo also in small pieces, when it is done, take it out and put it in a separate bowl and fry it. The sardines
- In that same oil, put the bread previously soaked in water and let’s say frying the bread until everything is loosened and they are like some balls or rather the loose bread has to be stirred constantly without stopping until it is all loose, because yes does not stick or burn
