Ingredients to make full stew:
- For 4 people:
- 320 grams chickpeas
- 1 leek
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 small sausages
- 100 grams cured ham
- 250 grams veal cheeks
- 250 grams of zancarrón (Marcello)
- 150 grams Iberian bacon

How to make full stew:
- Cook all the well-cleaned ingredients in a saucepan with hot water.
- You will have had the chickpeas soaking since the day before.
- Season and after 1.5 hours, over low heat, remove the meat and chop it.
- Separate the broth on one side and the chickpeas and other ingredients on the other (without leaving them too dry) and add the chopped meats.
- You can use the broth to make a soup.
- To prepare the sautéed cabbage, peel and chop the garlic and brown it in a pan with oil.
- Next, add the cooked cabbage and sauté for a few minutes.
- Serve the chickpeas with the meat and accompany it all with the sautéed cabbage.
