Ingredients to make eggplant stew with meat:
- 750 gr of beef in pieces
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1/4 liter of fried tomato
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 glass of water
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- Salt
- Oregano
- Basil
- 250 gr of cooked green beans
- 1 sliced aborigine
- 250 gr of grated cheese
How to make eggplant stew with meat:
- Brown the meat in oil.
- Then add the tomato, tomato paste, water, onion, chopped pepper, salt, oregano and basil.
- Sauté everything, with the pan covered, over low heat for 30 minutes.
- In a refractory source place a layer of aborigines, another of green beans and the meat mixture.
- Cover the pan and cook for 50 minutes.
- Finally, sprinkle with the grated cheese and gratin for 5 minutes.
