- 1 onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 500 grams of tomato puree
- 1 glass of white wine
- 100 grams of smoked tenderloin
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 carrots
- oregano
- paprika

- black pepper

How to make Duck Stew:
- Cut the duck into pieces and grade a little.
- Place a little oil in a saucepan, brown the duck pieces there, then remove and brown the onion and bell peppers right there,
- add the diced smoked loin and then the tomato puree, place the spices,
- the white wine, season with salt and pepper and add the duck pieces, potatoes and carrots, cook over low heat until the pieces are tender.
