Kangaroo Stew Recipe

  • 1 cup of a good red wine
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 small onion
  • 500 gr of kangaroo tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • ½ cup of cream

How to make Kangaroo Stew:

Combine the wine, chives, garlic and chopped onion in a deep bowl.

Add the kangaroo and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Heat the oil in the pan and add the meat.

Roast for 2 minutes over high heat.

If you prefer more cooked, roast for 2 more minutes.

Remove from heat and keep warm.

Add the maceration liquid and the cream to the meat roasting juices, place over low heat and boil for 3 minutes or until the sauce thickens a little.
