- 1 small can of condensed milk
- 3 dessert spoons of vanilla essence
- 500 milliliters of whipping cream (2½ cups)
How to make homemade vanilla ice cream:
- Pour the condensed milk into a container, add the 3 tablespoons of vanilla essence and mix until everything is well integrated. Reserve for later.
- Take a large container and pour the cream to mount, mount the cream for 4 or 5 minutes with a blade mixer.
- Do it until you see that the cream forms peaks and when you turn it does not fall out of the container, that is the perfect effect!
