Ingredients to make Green Kiwi Smoothie:

  1. 2 units of Kiwi
  2. 1 cup of spinach
  3. 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  4. 1 unit of Banana
  5. 300 milliliters of Water (1¼ cups)
  6. 2 slices of pineapple

How to make Green Kiwi Smoothie:

  • We gather all the ingredients, fruits and vegetables, to make the green kiwi smoothie.
  • Place the sliced ​​banana and the sliced ​​peeled kiwi in the blender glass.
  • We put a couple of pineapple slices in the blender glass. For this recipe we have used canned pineapple in its juice, but the ideal is to use natural pineapple. If you use natural pineapple, remember to remove the core from each slice to avoid bittering the drink.
  • Next we add the cold water and beat with the blender. Pineapple is a fruit with a special texture, so try to beat it well so that there are as few lumps as possible.
  • Add the brown sugar and continue beating. If you prefer you can replace the sugar with a thousand or not add anything, if the fruit is in season it should be sweet enough.
  • Finally we added the fresh and washed spinach. We process everything again until there are no lumps. If necessary you can add more water.
  • The green kiwi smoothie tastes great and you can drink it at any time. If you want to include it in your diet to lose weight, then drink it at breakfast time or as a snack.
