How to make Andalusia Micas:
To start making our Andalusia micas recipe, our first step is to pre-list all the ingredients for its preparation.
Bring a frying pan to medium heat adding a little olive oil, once you notice that the oil is hot add the long white onion cut very fine with a little garlic paste, salt and pepper to taste. Leave to fry for a few minutes this will be the base of our micas recipe.
Once you see that our onions are fried, add our cut bacon and let it brown very well, the fat that will come out of our bacon will give an exquisite flavor to our Andalusia crumbs.
Once our bacon is golden, add the breadcrumbs to the pan and mix well with all the ingredients that are there, it is important to keep it on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Once you notice that our crumbs are golden and loose, add the Spanish chorizo, mix very well and leave to conserve for about 5 – 10 more minutes. Turn off the heat and our recipe for homemade crumbs is ready.
Serve our recipe for Andalusia micas in this case I wanted to make this dish as an appetizer but it can be consumed as a main course accompanied by red wine.
