- 400 grams of cooked lentils
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley

- 2 units of Eggs
- 120 grams of chickpea flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- oil for frying
- 300 milliliters of Neapolitan sauce

2.Make a puree with the lentils
3.Add to this puree all the condiments that are on the list except the chickpea flour. Mix the ingredients very well until they are integrated. Add salt, black pepper and garlic paste to give our lentil recipe more flavors.
