Ingredients to make Fruit Smoothie with Thermomix:
- 300 grams of chopped mixed fruits (peach, strawberries, apricot…)
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 jar of plain yogurt (or cottage cheese)
- ½ liter of semi-skimmed milk
- ½ cup of sugar (the amount is a little to each one’s taste)

How to make Fruit Smoothie with Thermomix:
- Introduce the well-chopped mixed fruits, the natural yoghurt, the semi-skimmed milk and the sugar into the Thermomix glass. Mix for a minute and a half at speed 8.
- Introduce the ice and mix for a couple more minutes to chop it. Serve the fruit smoothie in large glasses and decorate with wedges of assorted fruits.
