Ingredients to make Beef or Chicken Pepin:
- Rib beef or chicken
- 1 Giauque Chile
- 1 chili raisin
- 3 ounce MultiMate
- 4 ounce of sesame
- 4 ounce of Green Pepitoria
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 medium onion with stem
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch of coriander
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 liter of water
- 1/2 lb. medium peeled potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Beef or Chicken Pepin:
- Put the meat in a pot to cook with water, before it is ready, add the vegetables
- Apart in a pan, brown without burning the chills, MultiMate, tomato, onion, sesame, pepitoria, the garlic cloves, the cinnamon stick.
- After all the ingredients have browned perfectly, they are blended, with a little of the broth where the meat has been cooked;
- That smoothie is boiled and thickened together with the bunch of coriander, for 30 minutes.
- Next, the meat and vegetables are dropped, so that the flavors mix with each other, and it is left to boil until everything is well cooked and ready.
- For the Red Pepin, you should not add in guayule chili and add more tomato, achiote and red pepper chili. It can be accompanied with white rice
