Ingredients to make Bean and Vegetable Stew:

  • 250 grams of beans soaked in water the day before

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 turnip
  • 150 grams of green beans
  • 2 potatoes
  • 250 grams of cabbage
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • peppers
  • Saffron
  • Salt

How to make Bean and Vegetable Stew:

  1. Cook the beans soaked in a liter and a half of cold water, bring to a boil 3 times with a little cold water and skim while the beans cook.
