Ingredients to make Scottish Highball:

  • 1 1/2 ounces of Scotch whisky.
  • Mineral water with or without gas.
  • 1 lemon wedge, with rind (optional).

How to make Scottish Highball:

  1. Pour the whiskey into a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Fill it with the mineral water, stir it.
  3. Squeeze the zest from the lemon and add it when serving.
