- 1 jar of evaporated milk
- 8 ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons of Algarrobina
- 1 unit of Egg
- 5 tablespoons of Sugar
- 1 small glass of Peruvian Pisco

- To make this carob cocktail you will need a blender or mixer. Pour the evaporated milk in to the blender container, add the algarrobina and blend everything for a few minutes.
- When they have been integrated, add the pisco and sugar and continue beating. Then, add the ice and, finally, the whole egg and continue blending until everything is crushed.
- Once the Peruvian cocktail is made, serve it in glasses and sprinkle a little ground cinnamon on top as a decoration. It is a drink that is drunk very cold, so if you consider that you should add more ice, do so.
