Ingredients to make Cappuccino:

  • ½ cup of Cream
  • 1 cup of Milk (240 milliliters)
  • 1 teaspoon of grated Chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons of Sugar
  • 1 cup of black coffee
  • ½ cup of Cream

How to make Cappuccino:

  1. The first thing to prepare a good cappuccino is to foam the milk. To do this, empty the milk into a hermetically sealed container, fill it only up to half its capacity, close it well and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. The milk should double in size.
  2. Uncover the container and microwave for 30 more seconds, this will make the foam take consistency.
  3. Separately prepare a cup of coffee, an espresso, and dissolve the sugar in it.
  4. Trick: You can also use instant coffee, in this case mix directly with the milk without separating from the foam
  5. For your cappuccino to look like a professional, empty all the foam that you have previously prepared into a glass cup. Remember that the secret of cappuccino coffee is to mix the coffee with milk foam, not with liquid.
  6. Immediately afterwards empty half of the coffee cup with sugar. The coffee should go to the bottom of the cup, distinguishing two colors perfectly.
  7. Use the whipped cream and powdered chocolate to decorate the rim of your cappuccino cup and serve with cookies.
  8. Trick: You can substitute the chocolate for cinnamon for the decoration and if you want it to stay in layers, as in the photo, add the milk first, then the coffee very slowly and finally the foam
