  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of water

  7. To cook in a bain-marie, you must place water in a container and on it, a rack to place the mold, then bake at 180 °C for approximately 50 minutes.
  8. After the baking time, let it rest and cool completely, then unmold and serve.
