- 160 grams of white chocolate to melt
- 200 milliliters of evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
- 1 package of agar-agar powder (equivalent to 4 sheets of neutral gelatin)
- 1 unsweetened plain yogurt
How to make Creamy White Chocolate:
- Put a saucepan to heat at minimum temperature and add the evaporated milk.
- If you can’t get it, you can use milk cream instead (cream) or prepare it at home with this recipe: “Homemade evaporated milk “
- Tip: If you avoid using high fat materials, such as milk cream, your white chocolate cream will have fewer calories.
- Before the evaporated milk starts to get too hot, add a sachet of agar-agar powder a little at a time, stirring to avoid lumps.
