Ingredients to make cold mango pie without oven:

  • 250 grams of cookies (Maria type or those of your preference)
  • 100 grams of melted butter
  • 300 grams of mango (approximately 3 to 4 medium-sized mangoes)
  • 1 stick of cream cheese
  • 225 grams of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla essence
  • 300 milliliters of whipping cream (whipping cream)
  • To decorate (optional)
  • 1 mango cut into cubes
  • Chantilly cream
  • crushed cookie

How to make cold mango pie without oven:

  1. It’s so easy to make this cold mango pie! As a first step, crush the cookie in a blender or manually with the help of a glass or in a bag until you get the consistency of powder.
  2. You can use any type of vanilla cookie or if you want to give it an extra touch of flavor you can use chocolate cookies.
  3. Once you have your crushed cookie, add the melted butter and mix very well until you get a paste.
  4. Then, empty this mixture into the container where you will put your mango pie and let it rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  5. While your buttered cookie dough rests, blend the mango to the consistency of a porridge and set aside.
  6. Trick: you can use the mango you want, since with any it will be very tasty.
  1. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sugar and the tablespoons of vanilla until everything is perfectly integrated.
  2. Pour the mango that you blended into the container and beat for 3 minutes.
  3.  In addition to being a pie without an oven, this is also a mango pie without gelatin because the whipped cream itself already allows it to set when cold.
  4. Add the whipping cream and mix again for 5 minutes. Make sure that all the ingredients are mixed very well.
  5. Take your cookie base out of the fridge and pour the mixture that you beat, spread it well throughout your mold and if necessary tap a few times to settle all the cream.
  6. Then, put the mango pie back in the fridgeand keep it for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  7. As it is a mango tart without an oven, it needs to spend some time in the fridge so that the cream can curdle.
  8. Hack: you can also do it in individual containers and alternate biscuit and cream.
  1. Once curdled, you can decorate your mango pie with a bit of whipped cream, diced mango and a bit of crushed biscuit and that’s it.
  2. As you have seen, making cold mango pie is very simple and fast, and the result is incredible.
  3. This no-bake mango pie will be liked by both adults and children and is excellent as a birthday cake or to celebrate any special date.
