  1. 3 natural yogurts
  2. 375 milliliters of coconut milk
  3. 2 tablespoons of honey
  4. 1 pinch of grated coconut

How to make Coconut Milk Smoothie:

  • To prepare our yogurt and coconut smoothie, we start by mixing all the ingredients. We will put the yogurt, coconut milk and honey in the blender. Beat until the compound is homogeneous.

  • Divide the yogurt and coconut smoothie into two large glasses and reserve in the fridge so that it is very cold.
