Brioches are breads that unfortunately tend to get hard too soon, especially if they are homemade, since they do not contain any type of preservative. But a good way to give them a new life and that they are not left around without anyone eating them, is to make a homemade pudding with them.

I have made this homemade chocolate pudding with a chocolate brioche, but you can do it with dry chocolate-filled croissants, with chocolate sponge cake… that way you will get an easy and delicious chocolate pudding, don’t hesitate.

The recipe, very simple, will take you little time and will please the most chocolatiers. In this article we have the step by step so you don’t miss anything and you know how to make chocolate pudding easily and quickly.
