Ingredients to make Tanqueray Gin and Tonic:
- Gin MG, London Gin or Tanqueray Ten (the drier the better)
- Schweppes or Fever Tree Tonic
- ice
- green lemon
How to make Tanqueray Gin and Tonic:
- In a wide glass (cider or similar, the bigger the better) we put ice to the top.
- We cut a rind from the lemon without reaching the meat.
- We fold it so that the green is on the outside and the essence impregnates the edge of the glass when turning it folded.
- Add gin and stir to warm up. Next we complete with tonic.
- If we throw it making circles on the glass we will not need to stir it (it loses strength). If you want you can cut another crust and put it inside.
