How to make Stuffed Beef Wraps:
The first thing will be to make the wheat tortillas. To do this, mix the flour and salt, then add water and oil and mix with a spoon in a bowl until all the ingredients are integrated and see how the dough forms.
We flour a surface and continue kneading with our hands until we obtain a uniform dough that we are going to divide into balls of about 50 grams, more or less.
Stretch with the help of a rolling pin and form the tortillas as thin as possible, about 20 centimeters in diameter. Finally, to cook them, we put a frying pan over a high heat and we place each one of the tortillas so that when we see that the edges begin to rise, we turn them over and let them cook until they begin to swell and the characteristic bubbles appear. Wrap them in a kitchen towel to keep them warm.
If you have doubts about this procedure, do not hesitate to review the recipe for tortillas for wraps with step-by-step photos. For the filling, heat a frying pan with the oil over high heat and brown the veal fillets on both sides. Cut the fillets into strips and reserve.
Put the white cheese in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of the fine herbs, the Tabasco, a little salt and mix everything well with a spoon.
Strip the lettuce, wash it and cut it into thick pieces. To assemble our stuffed wraps, we spread the tortillas and distribute the lettuce leaves, the cheese with the fine herbs and the radish on them.
After this first layer of ingredients, we continue placing the beef, the cheese slices, the tomato pieces and the diced cucumber.
To finish, you just have to roll up the wraps , pressing the edges and folding one of the sides, when you have the roll ready, to prevent the filling from coming out. These wraps stuffed with beef with cheese sauce are a real delight, so don’t hesitate to prepare them when you have some meat and don’t want to eat it on the plate as usual.
