Sobrassada recipe with brie cheese

We have a new recipe video! This time we are going to prepare a bagel-type sandwich, ideal for breakfast with one of my favorite ingredients: Majorcan sobrasada.

Those who know this sausage will know that there is no better way to combine it than with cheese and a touch of honey and although in other step-by-step recipes we have already given several presentation options, this time we wanted to prepare sobrassada with brie cheese. Take a look at this tutorial and you will see how you have a delicious cheese sandwich ready in less than 5 minutes, I assure you that this combination of flavors of this gourmet recipe will awaken your palate!

As you will see, making this bagel with a very Spanish flavor is not science. Simply spread the sobrassada on one of the layers of the bread and place the pieces of cheese on top. If you have a burner, use it as shown in the video to lightly grill the brie, but don’t worry if you don’t have one.

To grill the cheese you can place the bagel in the oven for a couple of minutes, the idea is that the cheese is gratin and the sobrassada is heated and melts a little. Once this step is completed, all you have to do is add a good stream of honey and enjoy!
