Ingredients to make Tostadas with Serrano ham and mushrooms:

  • 3 slices of bread
  • 15 grams of raw or Serrano ham
  • 15 grams of pine mushrooms
  • 10 grams of Mayonnaise
  • 10 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 3 olives

How to make Serrano Ham and Mushroom Tostadas:

Get all the ingredients ready to start cooking. We start by hydrating the mushrooms from one day to the next. Cut the bread as desired, place oil and oregano. Then cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 180ºC and let cool. Mix the mayonnaise and cheese together with the chopped arugula.

Tip: You can also heat the bread in a toaster.
