Ingredients to make Vegetarian Skewers with Soy Sauce:
- 1 piece of onion
- 1 piece of red pepper
- 1 piece of green pepper
- 1 piece of orange pepper
- 1 piece of yellow pepper
- 2 pieces of potato
- 2 pieces of Pumpkin
- 2 pieces of Carrot
- 100 grams of panela cheese
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- ½ tablespoon of oil
How to make Vegetarian Skewers with Soy Sauce:
Below we present the ingredients that we will use to prepare our vegetable skewers with soy sauce. We are going to start by cutting all our vegetables into medium pieces: the onion, the red, orange, yellow and green peppers, the carrot, the potato and the pumpkin.
To continue making the vegetarian skewers with soy sauce, in a pan with previously heated oil add the onion, potato and carrot, let them fry for a moment, stirring constantly. Once the cooking of the first vegetables is advanced, add the pumpkin and the peppers, and season them with salt and pepper. We also add the soy sauce and let the rest of the vegetables finish cooking, stirring constantly.
Once the vegetables are ready, we begin to introduce them on the skewers to form our vegetarian skewers with soy sauce, and every few vegetables we place a piece of panela cheese.
