Ingredients to make scented rum:

  • 1 bottle of dark rum
  • 5 units of cloves
  • 2 units of Malagueta – Allspice (balls)
  • 2 units of Anise stars
  • 2 teaspoons of Vanilla
  • 1 cinnamon stick

How to make scented rum:

1- Add all the spices to the bottle of rum and store in your kitchen for 30 days before using it.

2- Scented rum is used instead of brandy or cognac for any dessert recipe

3- This saves you when you do not have enough money to buy brandy or cognac that is much more expensive.
