How to make Beet, Carrot and Apple Smoothie:
- Peel the apple, papaya, carrot and ginger. Cut all the ingredients into medium pieces.
- Place all the vegetables and fruit in the blender, add 1-2 cups of water to taste and blend until you have a smooth fruit digestive smoothie without lumps.
