Ingredients to make Lentil Heat:

  • 300 grams of white rice.
  • 180 grams of cooked lentils (any type of lentils that is on the page)
  • 150 grams of cooked and shredded chicken.
  • 3 red or green tomato units.
  • 2 branches of green or long onion.
  • garlic paste

How to make Lentil Heat:

1.To start making our recipe for heated lentils, the first step is to pre-list all the ingredients. Use green tomatoes in this recipe but why did you have to waste them but you can use red ones that are totally indifferent. Little bit of lentils, chicken and rice for which I made this delicious warmed up, it is ideal for a Sunday or for a hangover and it is a really delicious preparation.

2.Cut our long or green onion very finely and the tomatoes into small squares. Take a pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic paste to taste. Sauté very well.

3.Add our shredded chicken to our sauce and mix well.

4.Add our lentils and mix very well until everything is mixed.

5.For the last step add our white rice and mix well until the ingredients of the heated lentils are integrated. Rectify flavor and if you want add salt and pepper to taste.

6.To plate with the help of a cup or well, add the heated lentils and flatten a little with a spoon. Once the well is filled with our recipe, place the plate on top of the well and turn it over carefully so that our recipe is well presented.

7.Serve our heated lentils in the way shown in the photo, giving it the shape with the cup is only for presentation but if you want to serve it in another way it is totally valid.
