Ingredients to make RONPOM:
- 1 liter of milk cream
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups of whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups of rum
- Vanilla
- cinnamon essence
- 1 cup of sugar
How to make RONPOM:
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.
- Add the milk and cream without stopping beating, add the rum and continue beating vigorously, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Finally add the essences. Refrigerate and serve very cold.
