- 65 grams of salted butter
- 300 milliliters of cream
- 500 grams of cream cheese (it can be Philadelphia)
- 15 grams of curd powder
- 100 grams of sugar (½ cup)
- 25 milliliters of milk
- 500 grams of strawberry jam
How to make Curd Cheesecake:
- Crush the cookies until they are almost powder, you can help yourself with a blender or a processor.
- If you do not have these utensils, use a plastic bag and a rolling pin.
- Melt the butter until it is liquid and add it to the crushed cookies, mix well until it forms a uniform paste.
- Transfer the mixture to the mold and extend it to make the base of the cheesecake, you can help yourself with a palette or do it directly with your fingers.
- Let it sit in the fridge to harden while you prepare the filling.
