Ingredients to make Banana Smoothie Bowl:

  1. 4 frozen bananas
  2. 2 cups of water (480 milliliters)
  3. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  4. 2 apples
  5. 2 kiwis
  6. 1 fresh banana
  7. 4 tablespoons oat muesli
  8. 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  9. 4 ounces of pure dark chocolate
  10. 1 splash of palm honey
  11. 1 pinch of chia seeds

How to make banana smoothie bowl:

  • First prepare the base by placing the frozen bananas, the peeled and chopped apples (reserve some slices for the topping), the water and the cinnamon and mashing all the fruit until a homogeneous and thick smoothie is formed.
  • Peel and slice the kiwis and the fresh banana. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.
  • Pour the banana smoothie into a bowl and place the chocolate chips, kiwi slices, muesli, peanut butter, apple slices and banana slices on top, pour a drizzle of palm honey on top and sprinkle a pinch of chia seeds.
  • Serve the banana smoothie bowl in bowls
