Ingredients to make Red Wine Foam:
- 1 l red wine
- 2 cinnamon stick
- 200 g sugar
- 1dl brandy
- 4 egg
- 250 gr liquid cream
- 3 sheet gelatin
How to make Red Wine Foam:
- Boil the wine (about a liter) with cinnamon, a little vanilla powder, and brandy.
- Add the egg yolks, the sugar (about 100 gr.), the soaked gelatin and let it cool.
- Separately, in a bowl the whites are mounted until stiff almost without sugar and the cream is also mounted.
- Mix everything and put them in containers to rest.
- Served with sprinkled cinnamon.
- It is an ideal dessert to take advantage of those little butts of wine that remain.
