Ingredients to make Raspberry Lemonade:
- 300g fresh or frozen raspberries (thawed previously)
- 310g of sugar
- 500ml lemon juice
- Ice cubes to serve
- mint leaves to decorate
How to make Raspberry Lemonade:
- Pass the raspberries and sugar through the blender until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Pass the mixture through a strainer, pouring it into a large bowl and pushing to separate the seeds.
- Throw them away.
- Add the lemon juice and mix well.
- Pour the lemonade into a large jug and add 1.5 liters of water.
- Then put it in the fridge and let it cool down.
- To serve, pour into iced glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
