Raspberry Lemonade

Ingredients to make Raspberry Lemonade:

  • 300g fresh or frozen raspberries (thawed previously)
  • 310g of sugar
  • 500ml lemon juice
  • Ice cubes to serve
  • mint leaves to decorate

How to make Raspberry Lemonade:

  1. Pass the raspberries and sugar through the blender until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Pass the mixture through a strainer, pouring it into a large bowl and pushing to separate the seeds.
  3. Throw them away.
  4. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Pour the lemonade into a large jug and add 1.5 liters of water.
  6. Then put it in the fridge and let it cool down.
  7. To serve, pour into iced glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
