Pineapple and rice chicha

Ingredients to make Pineapple Chicha and Rice:

  • 1 unit of ripe pineapple
  • ¼ cup uncooked white rice
  • 6 cups of Water (1440 milliliters)
  • 1 cup of milk (to taste)
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla

How to make Pineapple and Rice Chicha:

  1. Peel the pineapple, use the fruit as you wish. The shells are placed in a large pot, add the water and rice.
  2. Cook until rice is fully cooked.
  3. The mixture must have enough water, it must not be dry. Let cool. Separate the rinds from the pineapple and bottle them.
  4. In a blender, add 1/4 of the mixture, water, milk to taste, sugar to taste and vanilla to taste. Put ice.
  5. Beat it until it is completely liquid. Serve cold. You can refrigerate the rest of the mixture or use all of it.
  6. The total mixture can serve up to more than 16 people.
