Ingredients to make Pineapple Chicha and Rice:
- 1 unit of ripe pineapple
- ¼ cup uncooked white rice
- 6 cups of Water (1440 milliliters)
- 1 cup of milk (to taste)
- 4 tablespoons of sugar (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla
How to make Pineapple and Rice Chicha:
- Peel the pineapple, use the fruit as you wish. The shells are placed in a large pot, add the water and rice.
- Cook until rice is fully cooked.
- The mixture must have enough water, it must not be dry. Let cool. Separate the rinds from the pineapple and bottle them.
- In a blender, add 1/4 of the mixture, water, milk to taste, sugar to taste and vanilla to taste. Put ice.
- Beat it until it is completely liquid. Serve cold. You can refrigerate the rest of the mixture or use all of it.
- The total mixture can serve up to more than 16 people.
