Ingredients to make Peach Sangria:
- 3 units of Peach
- 50 grams of Sugar (¼ cup)
- 50 milliliters of Brandy
- 1½ liters of red wine
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 glass of orange juice
- ½ glass of lemon juice
- 1 unit of spirally cut lemon rind
How to make Peach Sangria:
- Peel the peaches and cut them in half.
- Remove the bone and cut them into thin slices. Put them in a container with the sugar and brandy.
- Add the red wine, a glass of orange juice and 1/2 of a lemon, the cinnamon and the spiral of lemon rind.
- It is served very cold and with a wooden spoon.
