Peach iced tea

Ingredients to make Peach Iced Tea:

  • 1 peach
  • 200 milliliters of Water
  • 4 pieces of Ice (cubes)
  • 1 bag of white tea
  • 30 grams of sugar

How to make Peach Iced Tea:

  1. We start by preparing all the ingredients to prepare our refreshing iced tea.
  2. We wash the fruit very well and cut the peach into thin wedges, as seen in the photo. No need to peel it.
  3. We put these segments in a pan together with the sugar and a little water. Cook over low heat until a syrup is formed. If you want to save this step, you can directly use peaches in syrup.
  4. On the other hand, we boil the water and place the white tea bag inside to prepare the infusion. Hold the tea bag in the water for 3 minutes, then remove and allow the water to cool to room temperature.
  5. To finish preparing our refreshing drink for the summer, we wait for the syrup to be ready and then, we blend it together with the already cold tea.
  6. We pass this mixture through a strainer to remove all the lumps that may be.

We serve in a glass with ice cubes and decorate with some fruit wedges. This peach iced tea is an ideal drink for the hottest days in summer, you can serve it at any time and accompany it with some fruit skewers to spend the afternoon.
