  2. 2 units of Kiwi
  3. 1 unit of Pear
  4. 4 glasses of orange juice
  5. 4 units of celery stalks
  6. 1 unit of pineapple

How to make Apple and Pear Smoothie:

  • Our first step to make the slimming green smoothie recipe is to prelist the ingredients.
  • In a blender or processor, add a glass of orange juice and the celery stalks. Process these ingredients well until they are integrated.
  • Add the squared pear along with the pineapple. Process and add a glass of water if you see that the smoothie is too thick.
  • Finally add the kiwi along with the apples. Process everything again well and check that all the fruit is completely crushed.
