Marinated loin sandwich with cheese recipe. Recently I shared the recipe for the strip of loin marinated in salt with my personal touch based on spices and this time I bring you a sandwich of loin steak that we always prepare at home.

We will only need a few simple ingredients to enjoy this delicious marinated loin sandwich with cheese that I suggest you eat warm but it is also very good cold.

Ingredients to make marinated loin sandwich with cheese:

  • 1 loaf of bread
  • 6 slices of brisket marinated in salt
  • 100 grams of soft cheese
  • 1 tomato

How to make Marinated Loin Sandwich with Cheese:

First of all, to prepare this marinated loin sandwich with cheese, we grate or crush the tomato and set it aside. Then we cut the cheese into slices and cut the loaf of bread in half. Next, we open each of the halves of the bread and spread them with the tomato, then we place three fillets (finite) of loin in salt on each sandwich and on this a few slices of cheese. We close with the other half of the bread.

Trick: We can also put the tomato in slices instead of grated or crushed in the loin fillet sandwich.

Finally, we put the marinated loin sandwich with cheese on the hot grill or grill and toast it. We remove it when they are warm and with the melted cheese. All that remains is to enjoy!
