Ingredients to make dulce de leche pudding:
- 400 grams of creamy dulce de leche (1 can)
- 300 milliliters of milk (1¼ cups)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup of sugar (200 grams)
- 1 glass of water
- 3 tablespoons of vinegar
How to make dulce de leche pudding:
- First mix the dulce de leche with the milk, eggs and cornstarch.

- Pour the sugar into a mold with a hole in the middle (crown mold) and put it on low heat so that it melts little by little.
- Stir constantly until the sugar completely melts and turns into caramel.
- Take it off the heat, wait for it to cool down a bit and, with the help of a spoon, spread the caramel all over the base and edges of the mold.

- In a large pot put a finger in water at room temperature and add the vinegar.
