Ingredients to make Guacamole with Philadelphia cheese:

  • 1 avocado
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 drops of Tabasco Sauce (optional)
  • 1 sprig of Coriander
  • 3 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 piece of red onion
  • 1 tomato

How to make Philadelphia Cheese Guacamole:

We will start preparing our avocado with Philadelphia cheese by chopping the tomato, onion and cilantro finely. Making Pico de Gallo is an optional step, because if you want a simpler recipe you can make a basic guacamole and join it with the cheese. Mix these ingredients in a bowl and add a pinch of salt and lemon juice. Leave marinating so that everything releases its flavor and the acid of the lemon acts on the onion. Meanwhile, cut the avocado  in half and remove all the pulp with the help of a spoon. Mash the avocado in a bowl until you get a creamy texture. Mix the cream cheese with the avocado and a few drops of Tabasco if you want to add a spicy touch to this wonderful avocado cream spread. Stir everything well until the cheese is completely integrated.

Reserve a part of the avocado in pieces to give the guacamole texture and that it does not remain as a cream. To finish, join the Pico de Gallo with the avocado cream and stir well, distributing all the ingredients evenly. Check the seasoning and add salt, lemon or spicier if you consider it necessary. You can present this guacamole with Philadelphia cheese as a spreadable dip along with crackers or toast, although if you prefer it will also serve as the perfect complement to any type of sandwich recipe.
