How to make Golden Surimi Tacos:
In the following image you can see the ingredients that we will need to prepare these delicious golden surimi tacos, do not miss any details. To start, finely chop the surimi bars and the onion. Once this step is ready, we put everything in a bowl and reserve a moment.
As you saw in the previous image, the crab sticks that I have used are long in size. If you don’t get this size but the ones that are smaller, double the amount. To make the dressing, we take the mayonnaise and place it in the blender along with the juice of the two lemons and the marinated chipotle peppers. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and blend until smooth. To finish with the surimi filling, we take the mixture that we just prepared and pour it over the small cubes of surimi. Now, with the help of a spoon, mix until everything is perfectly integrated. Now we assemble the tacos, then take the tortillas and place half a tablespoon of our mixture of mayonnaise, chipotle and surimi on each of them. Then, we take one end of the tortilla and begin to carefully roll it up to form our tacos. Once the tacos are formed, we take them to brown in a frying pan with enough very hot oil. We move them from time to time so that they brown evenly and in the same way we prevent them from burning.
Once golden and crispy, remove them from the oil, place them on absorbent paper and serve them hot, accompanied by a little of our favorite sauce.
