- 300 grams of cooked chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons coarsely ground peanuts
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley stems
- 1 tablespoon of carob flour
- 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of common flour
- ½ can of beer
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
How to make Chickpea and Carob Burger:
1 The first step to prepare these delicious vegan burgers will be to grind the chickpeas, you can use the blender or any kitchen robot you have at home.
2 Place the chickpea dough in a large bowl and mix with all the ingredients (except the beer and salt and pepper). Knead until everything is evenly integrated. Reserve and let stand for about 10 minutes.
