Ingredients to make Churro Beans without pork:

  • 1 jar of beans, preferably Peruvian
  • 4 pieces of turkey sausages
  • 6 pieces of turkey ham
  • 250 grams of Chorizo (beef/turkey or soy)
  • 6 pieces of turkey bacon
  • 2 units of Tomatoes (medium)
  • 1 unit of Onion
  • 1 pinch of coriander
  • 1 unit of Green Chile (jalapeno)
  • 1 jet of oil

How to make Churro Beans without pork:

1 Boil beans with 1/4 onion until soft. While they are cooking, fry the chorizo, the sausages, the ham, the bacon and the green chili. Once fried, place them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

2 Put the two tomatoes and half the onion in the blender, blend well. Once blended, we fry it until it acquires a strong orange color. If desired, add a pinch of salt.

3 When the beans are ready, we add the fried and sautéed foods and let everything cook together for approximately 10 minutes. It is important to keep in mind that we should not add a lot of salt to the beans because the sausages, when boiled, will already release enough.

4 At the end of cooking, we add a few sprigs of coriander and voila! We already have our churro beans without pork ready to eat.
