Ingredients to make Yeclana gachasmigas:
- 1kg of flour
- approximately 1 liter of water
- 1 head of garlic chopped
- 2 or 3 chopped sausages
- Salt
How to make yeclana gachasmigas:
Put a large frying pan on the fire (normally it is done on the fire, in the field) and fry the sausages and garlic together with the oil. When everything is well browned, add the flour, turn it over and cook. The water and the salt. Beat well until a paste remains and then turn over and brown the other side.
When they are well browned and cooked inside, they are removed from the fire and served with a good piece of bread.
