Ingredients to make Volovanes stuffed with Russian salad:
For 4 people:
- 8 puff pastry vol-au-vents (sold in bakeries).
- 1 kilo of small potatoes.
- 250 grams of green beans.
- 200 grams of peas.
- 2 carrots.
- A can of tuna.
- 250 grams of shrimp.
- 2 boiled eggs.
- 200 grams of pitted olives.
- 200 grams of mayonnaise sauce.
- 1 can of bell peppers.
How to make Volovanes stuffed with Russian salad:
Cook the potatoes with skin, let them cool, peel and chop very small. Place the potatoes in a bowl and mix them with the already cleaned, chopped and boiled vegetables.

Chop a boiled egg (the other is left for garnish), add the prawns and olives (reserve some olives and 8 or 10 of the fattest prawns for garnish), crumble the tuna, and set aside the can of diced or striped peppers are added to the salad.
