Ingredients to make Tuna Stuffed Peaches:
- 2 cans of peaches in syrup
- 2 cans of tuna in oil
- 6 units of boiled egg yolk
- 4 tablespoons of fried tomato
- ½ unit of onion
- 1 splash of mayonnaise
- 1 pinch of parsley
How to make Tuna Stuffed Peaches:
In a bowl, add the finely chopped onion, the well-drained tuna, the egg yolks and the tomato. Beat everything well with a fork until you create a dough and set aside. Next, the peaches are dried with kitchen paper so that they do not release liquid, they are filled with the previously prepared dough and they are passed to a source.
